Job summary

Open Door Pediatric Therapy in Houston, TX seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide individualized therapy, evaluations, and group sessions for children with diverse developmental needs. You will join a multidisciplinary team (OT/PT/ST) to deliver holistic care and participate in supervision and weekly meetings.

Requires Texas OT license or willingness to obtain one, and the ability to communicate in Spanish for dual language roles. Relocation to Houston is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Texas Occupational Therapy License (or be willing to obtain one).
• Ability to communicate fluently in a second language (Spanish) is a must for dual language positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions, evaluations, and group therapy to children with various developmental needs.
• Participate in weekly department and company meetings, including supervision sessions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of OT, PT, and Speech Therapists to provide holistic care.
• Assist with training and supervising therapy assistants, and work together to create the best outcomes for our patients.
