Job summary

Montage Health seeks a dedicated Occupational Therapist to deliver pediatric OT services for children and teens and to support families across a range of services. The role emphasizes evaluation, treatment planning and both individual and group interventions within the Ohana Clinical Team.

You will contribute to program development and educational outreach, while meeting productivity standards and complying with licensure, BLS, and clearance requirements in California.

Qualifications

• Must have CA OT licensure through NBCOT and active status.
• Experience with children/adolescents mental health in OT preferred.
• Training in sensory integration, executive functioning, or social skills preferred.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• 5150 de-escalation training to be completed within 6 months of hire.
• Live Scan fingerprint clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services to children and adolescents and families.
• Perform patient evaluations, develop treatment plans and implement interventions.
• Contribute to program development within the Ohana Clinical Team.
• Offer educational presentations to families, staff and community.
• Support discharge planning and maintain quality of care per dept. standards.
