Job summary

Healing Haven LLC in Michigan is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric OT services for children with autism and related developmental needs in a collaborative clinical setting.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, partner with families and interdisciplinary teams, and participate in program development related to sensory integration, feeding therapy, and self-regulation.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Experience with autism and developmental needs is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy assessments for program placement and progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Utilize ongoing data analysis to modify treatment strategies as needed.
• Supervise and support therapeutic programming.
• Facilitate parent meetings and parent training to promote carryover across environments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and quality of care.
• Complete documentation, reports, and authorization-related communication with payors.
• Stay current with research and emerging methodologies in occupational therapy and autism services.
