Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current state-issued professional licensure.
• Valid state driver license.
• CPR certified.
• Pediatric clinical/home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, organize, and conduct occupational therapy for pediatric patients in home health.
• Direct patient and caregiver in tasks to restore or enhance performance.
• Provide screenings, direct treatment, and family training regarding status and goals.
• Coordinate care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with patient and family regarding progress and home programs.
• Participate in QA/QI programs and continuing education.
