Sunny Days Early Childhood Developmental Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric OT services with a flexible, self-driven schedule across southeastern PA, including home and community settings.

You will implement IFSP-based goals, coach families, and collaborate with professionals to support developmental outcomes. Competitive hourly wages, with a sign-on bonus up to $1,000, and experience-based pay await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Must hold a PA OT license.
• Experience in Early Intervention or equivalent.
• Pediatric experience required.
• Home-based service delivery experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapy services to pediatric clients.
• Follow IFSP and adapt strategies to each child’s goals.
• Coach families and caregivers for home and community settings.
• Deliver services in homes, daycare centers, and community settings.
• Ensure progress is generalized and team communication maintained.
• Prepare progress reports.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
