Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our Lakewood, CO home-health therapy team. We offer flexible full- and part-time schedules with a sign-on bonus and competitive pay based on experience and caseload.

Deliver OT services to children from birth to 21, collaborate with speech, nursing, and OT aides, and support families with education and home programs. Mentorship available for new grads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state Occupational Therapy license.
• CPR/BLS Certification (skills tested in person).
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• New graduates and out-of-state applicants encouraged to apply - we offer mentorship and support.
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric occupational therapy for children with genetic, neurological, cognitive, and orthopedic needs.
• Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Educate and empower families to actively participate in therapy.
• Collaborate with occupational, speech, and nursing professionals for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation.
• Supervise OTAs as needed (training available).
