Job summary

Little Therapies in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for our outpatient clinic. NEW GRADUATES encouraged to apply!

You will conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include implementing interventions for fine motor, sensory processing, ADLs, and functional independence; documenting services in EMR; collaborating with SLPs; and supervising COTAs and OT students.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Oklahoma OT license (or eligibility).
• Experience or strong interest in pediatrics.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients.
• Implement and adjust therapy interventions to support fine motor, sensory processing, ADLs, and functional independence.
• Document services using EMR to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
• Collaborate with SLPs and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide guidance and supervision to COTAs and OT students.
