One Therapy Network is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for an outpatient clinic in Oklahoma City, OK. Qualifications

• Experience conducting occupational therapy evaluations; outpatient pediatric experience preferred.
• Form 5 availability for COTA supervision is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
• Document high-quality evaluation reports in our EMR to meet payer standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, and other team members for coordinated care.
