Qualifications

• Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited college or university.
• State of Oregon occupational therapy license required.
• CPR certification necessary.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate individuals 0-21 years to determine need for therapy services.
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Provide guidance and support resources to clients and their families.

Skills

Experience working in pediatrics

Strong desire to learn

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Education
