Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies, Inc. in Medford, OR, seeks a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join a nonprofit pediatric clinic. Full-time or part-time positions are available for ages 0–21, with a focus on play-based therapy in a supportive team environment.

You will collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team, document progress, and provide home activity guidance in a flexible, child-centered setting.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited college or university.
• State of Oregon OT license.
• CPR certification.
• Experience working in pediatrics preferred.
• Willingness to work in shared therapy spaces.
• Play-based approach.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 Occupational therapy for kids and teens (ages 0-21).
• Develop individualized, play-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary team members.
• Share strategies and tools to support families at home.
• Keep documentation up to date (we'll help make it manageable).
• Evaluate and support clients to achieve therapy goals.
