Job summary

Homeside Rehab is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist or OTA to join our pediatric home health team in Hyde Park, MA. You will deliver individualized, evidence-based therapy to pediatric patients in their homes, with schedule flexibility and a supportive team environment.

The role requires MA OT licensure (OT or COTA), pediatric experience preferred, and the ability to work independently in a home health setting. Travel to patients’ homes is necessary.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts OT license (OT or COTA) required.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in home health.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment and goals.
• Provide OT interventions to improve motor skills and independence.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with clinical team for coordinated care.
• Communicate progress and plans with staff, patients, and caregivers.
