Job summary

Thrive and Shine Therapy in California seeks licensed Occupational Therapists (OTR) and Occupational Therapist Assistants (COTA) to work with pediatric clients in-clinic or in-home. Positions available as full-time, part-time, or per diem, with flexible hours and strong compensation.

Responsibilities include evaluation and treatment, creating functional-outcome recommendations, and contributing to the overall treatment plan.

Qualifications

• CA licensed OT or OTA required in California.
• Experience with pediatric populations preferred.
• In-person work in California; open to full-time, part-time, or per diem.
