Job summary

Konnections Staffing is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for Norco, CA, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time or hourly). The role focuses on pediatric assessments, therapy plans, and family-centered interventions to help children reach their potential.

Responsibilities include documenting sessions, coordinating with other professionals, attending meetings, and mentoring OT students or interns when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Occupational Therapy.
• State Licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• 1-3 years of experience in pediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Assess, consult, plan and conduct treatment for pediatric clients and their families.
• Continuously evaluate client needs and plan interventions to maximize potential.
• Collaborate with other professionals, paraprofessionals, and parents to implement programs.
• Supervise staff and OT interns as needed within scope of practice.
• Document sessions daily and provide reports to the treatment team.
• Maintain client files and treatment logs with appropriate documentation.
• Attend and participate in meetings (staff, team, IEP/IFSP).
• Keep current on OT developments by attending seminars and reading literature.
