Job summary

MedCare Pediatric Group is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist to deliver one-on-one pediatric OT in homes, daycares, and schools across Greater Houston and surrounding areas. We offer flexible schedules including full-time, part-time, and PRN with a sign-on bonus for eligible caseloads.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Active Texas OT license by start date is required.
• Pediatric-focused experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide evidence-based OT services in line with physician plans of care.
• Address fine motor, sensory processing, self-care and daily living skills.
• Monitor progress and adapt plans as needed; educate families on home programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and therapists to ensure coordinated care.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation in a timely manner.
