Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for Early Intervention to support birth through age three in families' homes or community settings. This per-visit role offers flexible scheduling (5–19 hours/week) with growth potential toward part-time or full-time work based on need.

You will collaborate with families, coach caregivers, and help children achieve developmental goals using evidence-based practices in natural environments.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• At least one year of experience working with children ages 5 years and younger as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist.
• All positions: Must have pediatric CPR and FA certification (includes infant/child CPR and in person skills testing)
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
• Must have completed fellowship year and earned their Certificate of Clinical Competence

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric occupational therapy services in natural settings (home, daycare, community).
• Use a coaching model to empower families to support their child.
• Document care and progress efficiently, leveraging available tools to maximize patient time.
