Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for Early Intervention. You will work with children birth through age three in natural settings, coaching families to support progress and goals. This role offers schedule flexibility and opportunities for professional growth within Ivy Rehab Family of brands.

The position supports therapy across home, daycare, and community settings, with potential to grow into part-time or full-time hours based on caseload and need.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in respective state.
• At least one year of experience with children ages 5 years and younger as a Pediatric OT.
• Pediatric CPR and FA certification (infant/child) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services in the child’s natural setting (home, daycare, community).
• Use a coaching model to empower parents to support the child.
• Coordinate with families to help child achieve goals and ensure continuity of care.
• Document sessions efficiently with available tools and maintain patient records.
