Job summary

Limitlessli in Puyallup, WA seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support pediatric clients aged 0–21 in a community-based clinic. You will provide therapy services, create home programs, and monitor progress within a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

The role requires a WA State license, ACOTE-accredited OTA education, CPR certification, and a passion for helping children build skills through play and daily activities. Flexible scheduling is available.

Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with a valid Washington State license.
• CPR certification is current and in good standing.
• Strong understanding of child development and functional skill progression.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to children with diverse developmental needs.
• Lead individual and group therapy sessions (feeding, social skills, handwriting, preschool, motor, life skills).
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support child goals.
• Develop and implement individualized home programs.
• Monitor progress and document milestones.
