Job summary

Protouch Staffing seeks a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a pediatric outpatient clinic in Westborough, MA. You will provide one-on-one therapy to children ages 2-12 with autism, sensory processing disorder, and developmental delays in a family-centered setting.

Responsibilities include delivering sessions, implementing treatment plans, documenting progress, and educating families.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts COTA license required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one occupational therapy sessions under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans focusing on sensory integration, fine motor development, visual-motor integration, ADL skills and play.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and communicate progress with families and the team.
• Collaborate with OT, SLP and other team members and participate in care planning and education sessions.
