Job summary

CoLlab Pediatric Therapies in Austin is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide compassionate OT services to children in outpatient or home settings, under the supervision of an OT. You will help implement goals, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic interventions.

The role emphasizes HIPAA-compliant documentation, ongoing professional development, and participation in team meetings to support children on the autism spectrum

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent required for COTA credential.
• Current Texas license to practice Occupational Therapy.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services in outpatient or home/community settings under supervision.
• Assist in creating and implementing therapy plans with supervising OT.
• Document progress and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.
• Coordinate with the ABA team and other disciplines for integrated care.
• Collect data and update progress notes to reflect measurable goals.
