Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking compassionate Occupational Therapists to join our clinician-led pediatric team. You will deliver direct therapy in school-based and clinic settings, collaborate with educators and families, and help children reach their goals.

Qualifications

• Must have pediatric experience; school-based experience preferred.
• Holds (or are eligible for) a valid California OT license
• Masters Degree or Doctorate
• Passionate about supporting children in school-based and pediatric settings
• Communicates effectively and thrives in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams
• Brings strong clinical skills and warm, client-centered approach
• Eager to learn, grow, and continuously develop their professional expertise
• Fingerprint background clearance
• Tuberculosis (TB) clearance
• Salary- $60–$72/hr
• Years of experience, specialties, and geographic regions are all considered when determining salary offers.

Responsibilities

• Delivering direct therapy and conducting assessments for children in school-based and clinical environments
• Collaborating closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support student success
• Maintaining detailed, compliant documentation for assessments, treatment plans and progress reports
• Engaging in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities
