BK Kids Pediatric Therapy in Joliet, IL is seeking an experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our family-owned pediatric therapy clinic. We offer four 10-hour days, a 4-day work week, and built-in documentation time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of pediatric Occupational Therapy experience; 3+ preferred.
• Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license or eligibility.
• Experience evaluating and treating pediatric clients.
• Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Work with children birth through age 21 in a play-based setting.
• Assess, treat, and document pediatric OT plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support goals.
• Engage families to support home carryover and progress.
