Qualifications

• PT/OT background with strong infant development knowledge.
• Nurse experience with hands-on patient care.
• Orthotist certification is required.
• Pediatrics background is preferred; formal training program is provided.

Responsibilities

• Treat infants to reshape head shapes using the DOC Band and correct ear shapes with EarWell.
• Build strong relationships with families throughout the treatment process.
• Provide evaluation and treatment for plagiocephaly and related ear conditions.
