• Provides patient care within the respective clinical area in compliance with policies.
• Participates in quality improvement and research findings.
• Educates patients, families, and staff as needed.
• Educates and assists trainees with medical decision making.
• Ensures accurate documentation and timely communication for care and reimbursement.
• Responds to questions and requests from patients and staff.
• Participates in required meetings and activities to support operations.
• Maintains certification and specialty training as required.
