Job summary

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta in Atlanta, GA seeks a fellowship-trained Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon to join a high-volume, nationally recognized program. The role blends clinical care, trauma duties, and academic engagement with residents and fellows.

The successful candidate will contribute to research and teaching within a systems-wide pediatric orthopedic network, collaborating across departments and facilities. Relocation and academic support are available.

Qualifications

• MD degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of Orthopedic Surgery residency.
• Fellowship in Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery is preferred; BC/BE criteria apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical and surgical care for pediatric patients.
• Take active call responsibilities and manage complex pediatric trauma.
• Educate, mentor, and supervise residents and fellows across training programs.
• Engage in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives.
• Represent the department on hospital committees to shape pediatric surgical care.
