Job summary

Scottish Rite for Children in Dallas, TX is seeking a Clinical Orthopaedic Research Assistant (CORA) to support clinical research projects and patient-related activities. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must be self-motivated, take direction, ask questions, and respond to feedback.
• Able to work independently and in group settings.
• Fast-paced work with attention to detail.
• Office, research, or health care experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Complete required trainings and perform research while maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Coordinate and facilitate clinical research projects with staff to meet deadlines.
• Perform general administrative tasks including scanning and filing clinical research forms.
• Coordinate with research and hospital staff to execute studies per protocols and IRB requirements.
• Screen and recruit potential study subjects.
• Present research and obtain informed consent; schedule follow-ups as needed.
• Contribute to data collection, management, and record keeping; maintain registries.
• Support audits and regulatory documentation; assist with dissemination of findings.
