Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for Friday–Sunday nights (7p–7a) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians and the health care team. Responsibilities include nursing assessments, administering treatment, patient education, and maintaining medical records.

Hires are grouped by experience level (RN I to RN IV) with Texas license and BLS; additional unit certifications may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
• Licenses/Certifications: Texas RN license (state or temporary/compact) and BLS.
• Experience levels: RN I <1 year, RN II 1–3 years, RN III 3–10 years, RN IV 10+ years.

Responsabilités

• Delivers safe and appropriate care to patients according to the nursing skills inventory and patient needs.
• Coordinates planning for nursing care with an interdisciplinary team and makes clinical decisions.
• Collaborates with healthcare team to achieve positive outcomes based on data and standards.
• Coordinates discharge and transfer plans and participates in program evaluations.
• Adheres to regulatory standards and promotes professional growth and education.
