Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• BSN preferred for preferred requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation within nursing standards.
• Promotes patient- and family-centered care and educates families on post-treatment care and medications.
• Participates in safety, quality, and regulatory compliance activities and in professional development.
• Develops and documents individualized plans of care with goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team and patient/family.
