Job summary

OU Health in Oklahoma City seeks an Experienced RN - Pediatric Circulator for the Pediatric OR on a PRN basis. The RN will perform circulator duties, assist with GI/OR procedures, and deliver high-quality patient care under supervision.

Required are an Oklahoma RN license, BLS certification, and 1+ year of RN patient-care experience. An Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing is preferred. OU Health emphasizes patient-first care, collaboration, and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• RN license in Oklahoma (or eNLC)
• BLS certification required upon hire
• 1+ year of patient-care experience as RN

Responsibilities

• Aligns with OU Health values and nursing standards.
• Assumes responsibility for an assigned patient or group.
• Documents patient responses to interventions and physician orders.
• Assists physicians in examinations and minor procedures.
• Monitors physiological data and intervenes as needed.
• Administers medications as prescribed and manages IV infusions.
• Delivers safe, competent patient care and addresses complaints promptly.
• Communicates care plan to patient and family at care and discharge.
