Global Talent Partners is recruiting an Optometrist for an established multi-location healthcare organization in Aurora, Colorado. The role offers a competitive salary of $150,000–$170,000 per year, plus a signing bonus up to $10,000 and relocation assistance.

Flexible 4- or 5-day work weeks are available. The practice emphasizes children’s eye health, comprehensive optometric services, and strong clinical support.

Qualifications

• OD degree required and state license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Excellent clinical skills and commitment to high-quality patient care.
• Genuine interest in working with children and families; pediatric experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams and assess ocular health.
• Diagnose and manage refractive errors and ocular diseases.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to support vision health.
• Provide preventative eye care and educate patients and families.
• Identify conditions needing specialist referrals and arrange follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with standards.
