Job summary

ETS Vision in Aurora, CO is seeking an Optometrist to provide comprehensive eye care for children ages 6 months to 22 years. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with one Saturday per month and an option to work four days a week.

Base salary is $130,000–$150,000 with production bonuses based on performance. You will collaborate with two techs per OD, deliver exams, diagnose and treat vision disorders, prescribe glasses as needed, and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree (OD) is required.
• Valid Colorado license to practice optometry.
• Team player who enjoys working with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye examinations for pediatric patients.
• Diagnose and treat vision disorders.
• Prescribe glasses and contact lenses as needed.
• Educate patients and parents about eye health and treatment plans.

Overview:

• Mon-Fri, 8-5
• 1 Saturday/month
• Option for 4 days/week
• Flexible scheduling
• 2-3 patients per hour
• 2 techs per OD
• See ages 6mo. to 22yrs
• 400 pairs frames for kids to choose from
• Base salary $130,000-$150,000 DOE
• Production bonuses at >20 patients/day
• Max bonuses for >24 patients/day (extra $3k per month)
