Akron Children’s Rocky River is expanding to open a new pediatric ophthalmology service on Cleveland's Westside. The team will deliver comprehensive vision care for children, from routine exams to complex disorders, in a state-of-the-art, family-friendly setting.

We seek candidates who are fellowship-trained in pediatric ophthalmology, board eligible/certified by the ABO, and able to obtain an Ohio medical license.

Qualifications

• Pediatric ophthalmology specialization required.
• Board eligibility or board certification by ABO.
• Ability to obtain an Ohio medical license.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric vision care from exams to treating complex childhood eye diseases.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary pediatric ophthalmology team to deliver patient-centered care.

Pediatric Ophthalmologist in Rocky River, OH – Opening Fall, 2027!

• Team will provide comprehensive, compassionate vision care to children whose needs range from general eye exams to treatment of the most complex childhood eye diseases and disorders
• Requirements include board eligibility/certification by the American Board of Ophthalmology, fellowship training in pediatric ophthalmology and the ability to obtain an active medical license in the state of Ohio.
