Job summary

Morlen Health in Portland, Oregon is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Ophthalmologist with fellowship training in Pediatric Ophthalmology to join the Central Interstate team. This on-site role offers a mix of Pediatric and Comprehensive Ophthalmology with a busy surgical schedule and NICU rounding.

The position is 1.0 FTE (potentially 0.9 FTE) with a robust benefits package, base salary in a broad range, and extensive professional support.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Ophthalmologist with fellowship training in Pediatric Ophthalmology.
• On-site position in Portland, OR.
• 1.0 FTE with potential 0.9 FTE option.

Responsibilities

• Provide Pediatric and Comprehensive Ophthalmology services.
• Share general ophthalmology call 4-6 weekdays and 4-5 weekends annually.
• Perform a half-day surgery block on Tuesday mornings.
• Participate in Retinopathy of Prematurity rounds at Kaiser Sunnyside NICU.
• Lead pediatric patients seen by Optometry.
