Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide survivorship care to pediatric cancer survivors as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Obtain history, perform exams, and manage treatment plans per guidelines.
• Order labs and imaging, coordinate care across Johns Hopkins and external partners.
• Educate patients and families about diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
