Job summary

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital seeks an experienced pediatric nurse on Kay 4 with at least one year of pediatric or oncology nursing experience. This day shift role involves three 12-hour shifts per week, with rotating holidays and weekends.

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with BLS required; PALS/ACLS preferred. The RN must hold a Tennessee license (RN-TN) or a Nurse Licensure Compact state license.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN required with 18 months of clinical nursing experience.
• TN RN license or non-Compact state license for Tennessee residents.
• Pediatric hematology/oncology nursing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of pediatric growth and development principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in pediatric oncology/hematology units.
• Perform and document assessments, plan and implement nursing care.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
