St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN is seeking a Pediatric Oncology Nurse II to join Kay 4. You will provide expert nursing care to children with cancer and hematologic diseases, using evidence-based protocols and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role includes three 12-hour shifts weekly, Saturdays and Sundays, with rotating holidays. A BSN and Tennessee RN license are required, with BLS; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN required with completion of 18 months of clinical nursing experience.
• St. Jude RN experience required.
• Pediatric or oncology nursing experience preferred.
• Intermediate pediatric assessment, critical thinking, and pain assessment skills.
• Strong knowledge of growth and development for all ages served.
• Working knowledge of research protocols.
• Ability to provide care appropriate to age-related needs.
• Proven performance in earlier role.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care on the Kay 4 unit with 17 beds and low nurse-to-patient ratio.
• Work three 12-hour shifts weekly, including Saturdays and Sundays with rotating holidays.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to implement care plans.
• Ensure adherence to pediatric oncology protocols and safety standards.
