Qualifications

• RN licensure in Florida or eNLC in good standing.
• BSN degree or current BSN student.
• 1 year pediatric hematology/oncology RN preferred.
• CPHON/CPON/BMTCN certification preferred within 5 years.
• Strong data interpretation and evidence-based practice.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform pediatric nursing assessments and communicate changes to team.
• Administer chemotherapy and supportive medications per policy.
• Monitor central lines, labs, blood products, sepsis, electrolytes.
• Plan and document care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide patient/family education on disease, meds, discharge, nutrition.
• Float to other units as needed and participate in on-call coverage.
