• 1 year of relevant experience in clinical research and project management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage studies with PI oversight.
• Prepare feasibility assessments, budgets, and IRB documents; develop data collection tools and CRFs.
• Enroll and screen subjects per protocol; train staff as needed.
• Monitor patient status and document data across systems.
• Develop and update educational programs for investigators and staff.
• Maintain compliance with federal/state laws, GCP, contracts, and policies.
• Coordinate activities with sponsors/CROs and multidisciplinary teams.
