Responsibilities

• Provides care for clients aged 18 months to 6 years
• Assists the Occupational Therapist with screenings and evaluations
• Implements habilitation programs to develop gross motor, fine motor, and sensory processing skills
• Implements treatment plans according to prescription and policy
• Maintains accurate client care records and billing/documentation
• Uses equipment safely and appropriately for client care
• Ensures quality, effectiveness and generalization of therapy services
• Maintains licensure and participates in trainings and research
• Delivers approximately 30 hours per week of direct OT services
