We are seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our multidisciplinary team, providing services in clinic, home, school, daycares, and virtual environments, under supervision.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• CPR certification required.
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client locations.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Provide services in natural environments such as homes, daycares, and community settings to support functional development
• Educate and coach caregivers on strategies to support their child's daily living and developmental skills
• Manage your caseload, including scheduling and session planning
• Complete accurate and timely documentation including treatment notes, progress reports, and billing
• Maintain clear and professional communication with families and team members
• Collaborate with physical therapists, speech therapists, and other providers
• Follow all ethical, legal, and professional standards
