What You’ll Do:
  1. Work under the supervision of our OT to provide hands-on therapy to children with developmental, sensory, and motor challenges.
  2. Help kids build skills through play-based, goal-driven sessions.
  3. Support families with home programs and progress updates.
  4. Participate in team meetings, staff trainings, and continuing education as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
  1. Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program.
  2. NBCOT certification and Licensed as a COTA in the State of Michigan.
  3. Experience working with the pediatric population (bonus points for feeding and primitive reflex expertise!).
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. A heartfelt passion for helping children thrive.
Work Schedule:

Part-time with room to grow, working at least 10-15 hours a week to start.
