Job summary

Beyond Behavior ABA and Learning Center in Kentucky is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. You will evaluate and treat children, address sensory processing and functional daily activities, and collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, and families to align goals.

You will work within a team-based environment with clear professional boundaries, providing caregiver education and maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current Kentucky OT license.
• NBCOT certification.
• Experience working with pediatric populations.
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OT evaluations and standardized assessments
• Develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans
• Address fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and functional participation
• Collaborate with BCBAs to align OT and ABA goals appropriately
• Provide caregiver education and training
• Participate in team meetings and progress reviews
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with payer and regulatory standards
• Uphold ethical and professional standards of Occupational Therapy practice
