Job description

Pediatric Occupational Therapist Job in St. Clair Shores, MI – Flourishing Lives is seeking a compassionate, full-time Pediatric Occupational Therapist who believes therapy should feel safe, joyful, and deeply relational.

At Flourishing Lives, we envision a future where every child feels seen, every family feels supported, and every clinician feels empowered to transform lives. Through collaboration, compassion, and continued learning, we help children not just receive therapy—but truly flourish.

Our clinic provides a calm, intentionally designed environment where children with sensory, feeding, motor, and regulation challenges can build trust, confidence, and meaningful progress. Our approach is rooted in connection, not compliance—we are not an ABA clinic.

You’ll join a multidisciplinary team that values family partnership, reflective practice, and ongoing professional growth. If you are passionate about helping children thrive in a supportive, purpose-driven setting, this is the place for you.
