THERAPY 2000, a home-based provider of pediatric Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy services, has an exciting opportunity for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to serve families in the Spring/Westfield area. This position can be full-time, part-time, or PRN, located in our North Houston Division.

Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive Occupational Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to assess patients’ needs.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on physicians’ orders and clinical judgment.
  • Create home exercise programs in collaboration with caregivers.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.
  • Complete required patient visits weekly and maintain timely documentation.
  • Participate in meetings to ensure adherence to high-quality care standards.
  • Perform duties in compliance with agency policies, procedures, and relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications
  • Current license to practice Occupational Therapy in Texas.
  • Reliable, innovative, and flexible to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient with standard workplace technology (laptop, phone, email, web).
Preferred Skills
