Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy and registered by the State of Michigan as an Occupational Therapist.
• Must have some documented experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and pediatric populations.
• Must be able and willing to provide occupational therapy services as outlined in the Michigan Medicaid Manual. Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and some irregular hours; must have a valid Michigan driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and the use of a vehicle during work hours; ability to physically perform the tasks.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Program Supervisor, performs professional duties including therapeutic assessments, treatment plan development, therapy implementation, and evaluation of data to determine progress towards goals and to adjust the plan as needed.
• Functions as supervising discipline for assigned cases; performs related work as required.
