Qualifications

• BLS certification within 30 days as required by AHA.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe and proper body mechanics to reduce injury risk to self, staff and patients.
• Designs and executes an achievable plan of care with goals, outcomes and discharge plan.
• Educates patients, families, caregivers, students, and other providers using effective teaching methods.
• Evaluates clinical findings to determine PT diagnoses and therapy outcomes.
