Integrated Pediatric Therapy is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to support children in Pleasanton, schools, and homes. You will provide play-based, neuro-affirming care and partner with families to enhance participation in daily routines.

We offer a strong compensation package including a base salary of $100K-$115K plus a quarterly bonus for billable hours above 25 per week, a $2,500 sign-on paid quarterly in the first year, and relocation assistance with CA licensing

Formación

• Pediatric OT license in California or in progress.
• Experience with pediatric populations or strong fieldwork.
• Willingness to collaborate with speech therapists and families.

We started IPT in 2017 as a one-therapist practice, and we've grown into a team that treats children in our Pleasanton clinic, in schools, and in homes. We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist who is passionate about play-based, neuro-affirming care and supporting children’s functional participation in daily routines. The ideal candidate values family-centered practice, clinical growth, and teamwork, and is excited to contribute to a supportive and evolving practice.

What we offer

• Guaranteed base pay of $100K-$115K based on experience, plus a quarterly bonus for billable hours above 25 a week
• Sign-on bonus of $2,500 paid each quarter for your first year ($10,000 total)
• PTO and paid holidays: 20 days total (10 PTO days, 5 national holidays, and 5 days during the week between Christmas and New Year's)
• Relocation assistance and California licensing fees covered for out-of-state candidates
• 401k with employer match
