Integrity Learning Center in Plainfield, Indiana, is hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join the Pediatric Therapy Department. This leadership-track role offers mentorship from an experienced admin team and the chance to work with outpatient and ABA learners within our comprehensive therapy program.

We seek passionate clinicians to help families of children with developmental disabilities or autism.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• NBCOT Registration.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the State of Indiana (or license eligible).
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
• Must be energetic and enjoy working with children.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments, interpret results, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Modify treatment plans as needed and apply therapeutic techniques for functional, sensory, motor, and self-help skills.
• Complete prior authorization reports, evaluations, progress notes, and quarterly updates timely.
• Collaborate with BCBA's, clinicians, families, and other providers to achieve optimum client outcomes.
• Participate in teaching opportunities, student clinical education, and interdisciplinary program planning.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and licensing requirements.
• Interact professionally with clients, families, staff, teachers, and providers.
• Demonstrate integrity and alignment with company values.

Integrity Learning Center is looking to hire a dynamic Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Pediatric Therapy Department located in Plainfield, Indiana. This role is designed for a motivated clinician who is excited to take on a leadership-track position while receiving support and mentorship from an experienced administrative team. This unique position will allow a motivated individual the opportunity to work with outpatient and ABA learners as a part of our comprehensive therapy program.

Integrity is searching for passionate and motivated candidates who love to learn and apply their knowledge toward helping families who have a child with a developmental disability or Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments, interpret results, and develop individualized treatment plans for a wide variety of diagnoses.
• Modify treatment plans as needed and apply appropriate therapeutic techniques to support functional, sensory, motor, and self-help skill development.
• Complete prior authorization reports, evaluations, progress notes, quarterly updates, and all documentation in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with BCBA's, clinicians, families, and other providers to achieve optimal client outcomes.
• Participate in teaching opportunities, student clinical education, and interdisciplinary program planning.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and mandatory training/licensure requirements.
• Interact professionally and respectfully with clients, families, staff, teachers, and other providers.
• Consistently demonstrate high integrity and alignment with the company's core values.
