Family of Kidz invites an Occupational Therapist to join our Dutchess County team. The role offers part-time or potential full-time opportunities with competitive compensation.

Licensed NY OT with a passion for helping children and families will thrive in a collaborative, supportive environment. Responsibilities include evaluating, planning, and delivering individual and group therapies, coordinating with schools and coordinators, and maintaining precise records and schedules.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current New York State Occupational Therapy License.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative therapeutic interventions for children on your caseload.
• Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations.
• Communicate with lead supervisors and coordinators regarding case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain schedules with families and school personnel.
• Collect data on IFSP/IEP goals and report progress quarterly.
• Attend CPSE/CSE meetings and annual reviews as needed.

Please note this is a range. Rates are determined by the service provided, professional experience and license/certifications held. In addition the position posted may be either full-time or fee-for-service (FFS), depending on the current caseload which will be discussed during the interview. This arrangement can vary and is subject to change.

Responsibilities
