Speech Teachers of North Georgia is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to support children in developing skills for home, school, and daily life. The role emphasizes collaborative care with experienced speech-language pathologists and a supportive, therapist-owned practice that values clinical judgment and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Pediatric experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Passion for helping children and families succeed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric clients with developmental, sensory, fine motor, visual motor, self-care, and functional needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child’s strengths and goals.
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy services.
• Collaborate with families, schools, physicians, and other care-team members.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
• Support a positive, encouraging environment for children and families.
