Employment options: Full-time, part-time, or independent contractor

Full-time salary: $80,000–$89,000 annually, based on experience

At many clinics, “multidisciplinary” simply means that several disciplines share the same building. At Joy Therapy and Learning Center, our therapists truly work together.

Our occupational therapists regularly collaborate with speech, feeding, physical therapy, and ABA professionals who know the same children and families. When a child’s needs overlap disciplines—as they often do—you will have experienced colleagues nearby to help think through the problem with you.

We are looking for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist who wants to provide excellent clinical care while being part of a close, supportive team. We welcome full-time, part-time, and independent-contractor candidates and will work with the right therapist to develop a schedule that fits both the therapist’s availability and our families' needs.

Our ABA program is intentionally designed to be developmentally appropriate and to feel like a natural learning environment for children. The morning program follows a preschool-style model centered on play, classroom routines, communication, transitions, and participation. In the afternoon, children participate in a social-skills program focused on interacting with peers and using their skills in everyday situations.

This model creates natural opportunities for our occupational therapists to collaborate with the ABA team around sensory regulation, fine-motor development, self-care, play, and successful participation in group routines. OTs are valued as clinical partners and are never expected to manage complex needs without the support of the larger team.
